INTENTIONAL THOUGHT: many people will, at some point in their life, experience a period of great sadness and adversity - a time when there seems to be no end in sight. some have called this period a “dark night of the soul.” whilst times like this present a great emotional challenge, they equally present a great opportunity to learn and grow - an opportunity to emerge stronger, happier, and lighter. life is always moving - and periods of darkness will always lead to periods of light. we soon realise, though, that the light never went away. it was always there, simply waiting to be seen again.

MANTRA: when i feel that i’m in darkness, i remember that i am truly in the light.
